Driving Test System

In Provisions on the Application for and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License (replacing the previous MPS Decree No. 91, NO. 111) formulated by MPS in 2012, a large scale of content adjustment and replenishment were made on test details for motor-vehicle drivers, including aiming atsubjects III to increase 40% test items and 60% of test mileage. Meanwhile, it stipulated to saq1use means as the video and audio for supervision and inspection, as well as more strict requirements on aspects of serious examination discipline and the standardized order in examination room.

The unveiled new decrees put forward the specific business requirements and implementation basis on electronic, automatictest of subjects III & II. As the electronic advancement in driving test industry, more and more driving test systems adopt high precision satellite navigation aids for judgments, because high-precision GNSS positioning can not only realize validation of relevant projects in the field test and the actual road test (for example, the traffic real-time driving status, lane-change traces,location of U-turn, driving speed, lateral parking on the line or not, car body out of the bottom line or not, designated parking into qualified area or not, etc.), but also more accurately verify if the driver’s driving technique is qualified. Compared with the traditional driving tests, the introduction of GNSS greatly reduces the renovation projects to original site test roads and equipment, and shortens the time and cost of installation, commissioning and maintenance in the later stage.

Furthermore, the output statements of OEM615 and OEM617D products can be perfectly combined with other vehicle sensors, accurately and continuously provide precise location of four wheels in real time, thus providing reliable data support for the assessment of the driver.
